Before the product goes online, the team leader, quality inspection personnel and employees must be required to carefully verify the materials to be put into production. To use the tooling equipment, to confirm whether the performance is stable and intact. Then produce three products in small batches to confirm whether the products are qualified. After qualified and then on-line production, unqualified to find the reason, until qualified to mass production. 2) Inspection Control During the production process, management personnel and quality inspection personnel shall conduct spot checks on the products and pay 80% attention to the weak links in the production, such as: raw staff, key equipment, key posts, etc. 3) When the final inspection is controlled, the final product should be controlled with emphasis. At this time, the mentality of employees is often impatient. I once touched one thing, and now I am afraid to think about it. When an employee is about to leave work, he still lacks a product to pack. He will find a nonconforming product and ask someone to repair it. He will pack it directly without passing the inspection personnel. The team leader immediately corrected that this product had serious quality defects. Besides, when the products are taken up, there are still some products waiting to be repaired, so the faster the work is completed, it should be strictly controlled!
