The secret of production quality control is: let everyone make their own products. Employees are required to carry out self-inspection on their own products. Only when they think they are qualified products can they flow to the next process or workshop. For unqualified products found in self-inspection, they should make their own marks and place them separately.

For the products flowing from the previous process or workshop, employees must not look at them without looking at them. They must check that they are qualified products before production can be carried out. For the quality problems found in the previous process or workshop, timely feedback should be given. Resolutely do not manufacture defective products, do not accept defective products, do not pass on defective products. 3) After the special inspection consciousness has done the self-inspection and mutual inspection, the production supervisor can instill the full-time inspector: the employee is doing the self-inspection and special inspection while producing. As a full-time inspector, he should have a strong quality control consciousness. If a full-time inspector is a subordinate of your department, it is better to communicate. After qualified and then on-line production, unqualified to find the reason, until qualified to mass production. 2) Inspection Control During the production process, management personnel and quality inspection personnel shall conduct spot checks on the products and pay 80% attention to the weak links in the production, such as: raw staff, key equipment, key posts, etc. 3) When the final inspection is controlled, the final product should be controlled with emphasis. At this time, the mentality of employees is often impatient. I once touched one thing, and now I am afraid to think about it. When an employee is about to leave work, he still lacks a product to pack. He will find a nonconforming product and ask someone to repair it. He will pack it directly without passing the inspection personnel. The team leader immediately corrected that this product had serious quality defects.
